Hyte60

Hyte60 is a 60-minute, CrossFit class with a structured approach to fitness that focuses on improving strength, endurance, and mobility in a well-rounded way. The goal of the program is to give participants a full-body workout that pushes their limits, regardless of their fitness level, and helps them build strength and burn fat.

MashUp

The Mash Up class at Hyte CrossFit is a perfect way to combine fitness with fun and community. Whether you’re in it to compete or just looking to have a blast, the energy and enthusiasm will keep you coming back! In this class you get to workout with your coaches!

Bodybuilding Club

Specialty Class ran in 8 weeks cycles designed to compliment your workouts, focusing on working each body part to enhance your overall athletic performance and tone up those muscles!

Endurance Club

Specialty Class ran in 8 week cycles designed to complement your workouts by focusing on muscular endurance and aerobic training, combining elements such as sled push/pull, running, biking, rowing and functional movements!

Gymnastics Club

Speciality class ran in 8 week cycles designed to complement your workouts by focusing on developing core strength, body awareness and gymnastics skills such as Pull Ups and Handstands!

Weightlifting Club

Specialty class ran in 8 weeks cycles designed to improve strength and technique in your Olympic Lifts such as Clean and Jerk and Snatch!
