How do I get started at Hyte CrossFit?
It all starts with a Free Intro Session! You’ll meet with a coach to discuss your goals, tour the facility, review our class options, and learn how our training works. We’ll also assess your current fitness level so we can tailor a plan that’s right for you.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes! Personal training is one of the core offerings that makes Hyte unique. Whether you want to refine technique, build strength, lose weight, or work on a specific skill, our coaches deliver individualized attention to help you reach your goals faster.
Are memberships month-to-month or long-term?
We offer both! You can choose between month-to-month flexibility or a commitment-based membership depending on your needs and goals.
Do you have high-quality strength training equipment?
Absolutely. Our facility is fully outfitted with top-of-the-line Rogue equipment, including barbells, Echo Bikes, Concept2 Rowers, kettlebells, and more—plus, we have a Cold Plunge Room and A/C for maximum comfort and recovery.
Are there classes besides CrossFit?
Yes! We offer several specialty programs that can be added to your membership, including:

Do I need to be “fit” to start CrossFit?
Not at all. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your starting point. All workouts are scalable, meaning they can be modified to match your current fitness level. Our coaches will help you adjust movements, weights, and intensity to ensure safety and progress at your own pace.
